  1. Domain 1: Quality Management priciples, QMS consepts, and clauses 4 upto 7 of ISO 9001:2015

  2. Domain 2: Clauses 8 upto 10 of ISO 9001:2015

  1. Who needs to verify "the know" about the Essentials of Quality Management system?   

  2. Who needs an Entry level certificate?

     

  1. Eligibility requirement 

To sit for the exam, the candidate 

  1. Shall hold a four-year degree from a recognized university / college 

  2. Shall demonstrate either minimum of two years of related work experience in Quality management & Quality Assurance in organization or project level OR who attended a minimum of 21 Hrs of Quality Management related training 

     

  1. Certification Exam Content outline

The total number of Certification Exam Questions is 40. Out of the 40 questions, 70% of the questions focused on Domain 1. The remaining questions will evaluate the candidates' understanding of Domain 2.   

All questions are multiple-choice type with single or multiple responses. In the case of multiple response type questions, the candidate will get the score value for the correctly responded option proportionally.   

Candidates shall get 75% of the correct answers to pass the Exam.
